Hi, this is Scott Adams, I’m the head baseball coach at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. We’re extremely excited to announce that we will be hosting our annual Prospect Camp on Sunday October 14th, and you’re invited to join us. We are coming off the best season in school history. We set the school record for wins(26), conference wins(14), and reached the conference championship game for the second time in school history. Last season we were among the best offensive teams in the nation. We finished the year in the top 25 in a number of offensive categories, 2nd in homeruns per game, 7th in homeruns, 4th in slugging percentage, and 14th in scoring and batting average. Our prospect camp allows us the opportunity to work with high school players, as well as identify potential future members of our team. Camp is split into two sessions. Pitchers and catchers will attend our morning session, and position players will take part in the afternoon session. While attending our prospect camp players will get to perform the typical showcase activities, but they will also get the opportunity to experience what a normal practice would be like for student athletes at Pitt-Greensburg. The will camp will be run by the current Pitt-Greensburg coaching staff, and they will be assisted by current members of the Bobcats baseball team. We will hold a question and answer period with the coaches and players at the end of each session, as well as a tour of campus. Camp is open to anyone who will be attending high school during the 2018-2019 school year. If you are interested in attending please complete the attached registration form, and return it to us. We hope to see you there. If you have any questions about the camp or our program please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Thanks, Scott Adams
